In the Sunday edition of the Omaha World-Herald, Dvorak Law Group, LLC, announced the hiring of four attorneys. Aaron Jansen, Nicholas Meysenburg, Jennifer Rattner, and Gregory Schreiber join Dvorak Law Group’s Omaha office. The announcement ran in the Inside Business section.

Aaron Jansen has experience advising clients with mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance, and construction. Nick Meysenburg joins the firm’s estate and business succession planning Practice Areas. He will focus his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business succession planning. Jen Rattner brings 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, banking and finance, and business and corporate counseling. Her practice involves complex contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise law. In real estate, she advises developers, owners, landlords, and tenants. Rattner received her J.D. Greg Schreiber joins the firm’s litigation and trial Practice Areas. He has experience in commercial and business litigation, breaches of contracts, construction disputes, and represents clients in probate and trust proceedings.
