Caitlin C. Cedfeldt



Caitlin strives to provide value to clients by making the law less complicated and finding practical solutions that give all parties to a transaction an opportunity for a successful outcome.  As an associate working primarily in the real estate and corporate practice groups, Caitlin represents developers, owners, landlords and tenants with respect to commercial and mixed-use developments. She advises clients and drafts documents in connection with leases, purchase agreements, financing, restrictive covenants, and more. Caitlin also has experience with economic incentive programs such as tax credits (historic, energy, and housing) and tax increment financing.

Caitlin also works with clients to provide general business legal advice and assistance with structuring and implementing business transactions. She drafts business contracts for clients pursuing a wide variety of business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, supply chain management, and commercialization of intellectual property.

Caitlin graduated with a B.A. from University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Honors Program) and received her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property (2014). She was selected for the Order of the Barristers and earned the Pro Bono Certificate. Caitlin is admitted to practice in Nebraska.
