Biography

Daniel R. Carnahan focuses his practice on estate planning and administration, real estate matters, and business transactions. His practice includes developing and implementing estate plans for a broad range of estate sizes, probate and trust administration, and business succession planning. It also includes assisting clients with various real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, tax-deferred exchanges, commercial leasing transactions, financing transactions, and development matters. Additionally, he advises clients on business and corporate matters, including the formation of business entities and related governance matters, business acquisitions, and dispositions, and entity reorganizations.
