Ron Parsonage has been practicing law within the Omaha metropolitan area for more than 47 years. His dedication and vast knowledge of the law are tremendous assets to his clients and to his fellow attorneys at the firm. Ron currently serves in an Of Counsel capacity.
Parsonage works with clients to provide general business legal advice, assistance with structuring and implementing business transactions and consulting with clients on a wide variety of business opportunities. He works closely with all members of the Dvorak Law Group team to carry out and deliver on each of our client’s legal needs. He assists clients with respect to business entity formation and structuring, corporate governance, sales and acquisitions of businesses, estate and business succession planning, tax law, health care law, and the review, drafting and negotiation of all forms of business contracts.
Ron received his B.A. from Cornell College and his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law (1968). Ron served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard E. Robinson, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court of the District of Nebraska from 1967 to 1969.
Parsonage is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State and Federal Courts and the American Bar Association. He has been a frequent lecturer at programs on estate planning and business sales and acquisitions, including seminars sponsored by the National Business Institute, Nebraska Continuing Legal Education, Inc. and the Creighton University School of Law.
